Bad Services!

I have called the call centre (Multichoice) to come and repair my m-net decoder, and up until today they haven't send anyone yet. Its been 3months and they did not send a technician, Every time I call they will tell me they sending someone, they didn't send anyone yet.

Please look into this matter, and get back to me as soon as possible.
