I tried yesterday from about 5.30pm till about 9.30pm to get through to your call centre. It is just engaged when you dial the number. You clearly do not have capacity to handle the call volumes and could not care less about your customers trying to get through to you.

Then today, my wife called numerous times today. Same thing, engaged engaged. On two occasions she got through and held on for approximately ten minutes each time. When she was put through or selected "Extra View", when the person answered she heard the phone being put down. So you have to try again and again.

For the rediculous amount I pay for DSTV each month, your service is nothing short of pathetic. I have an error on my extraview decoder and this is the second day I am trying to get through to your call centre to sort out the problem.

My wife got through again and was told someone would contact her. Still waiting!!! Surprised???
