Floor assistant bad attitude. Spoke with Dalton a

I showed a floor assistant that the automatic token suppling, achine is not working. He showed me that I have to go to the counter to organize assistance and he was standing and leaning on the counter tha should gove assistance. From thwre he walked on and standing with his colleuges and doing nothing. I have already spent a thousand rand on tokens. If it is the assistance that I get after spending money there I will not even think of supporting that company again. I have spokenwitha lady named Dalton and it looks if they dont want to do anything from there side to give customer service. It makes me furious when people are that they think you owe them something. Infact they hqve to see that their customer service is impecable. I dont deal with the lower ranking managers. Thank you
