No response & sloppy service

On their contact form they saying they want us to experience great service and even on their website!!! What a load of rubbish!!! I mailed them Thursday on their online contact form and I'm still waiting for a response!!!
We took our kids to go watch despicable me 2 and 15 mins into the movie the screen dropped half way down the screen so that we couldn't see what the minions were up to! My husband had to go after 5 mins of watching like that to look for someone to fix it as no one was even there upstairs seeing what is going on!!! Pathetic really!!!
