Bad service and very unfriendly staff

I've been working for the past seven years in Killarney Mall & it's so convenient for me to do all my shopping there, but the service that we get from the Edgars staff is very POOR. Today was now just the last straw, I went there during my LUNCH time looking for sleepwear for my son, went in the shop and found two people talking, the lady had uniform on but the guy didn't so I told myself to be patient because the guy was before me, while I'm standing & standing I realised but this topic doesn't end & they keep on talking about the shoes in front of them. Luckily the guy turned to the side and that's when I've realized that he's actually one of the staff, I immediately got so angry and ask them if i could please get assistance, the guy asked me if he could help I told them that they've seen me standing there but they were just not bordered, the lady gave me a dirty look. After he showed me I still needed assistance so I went around for help again, I found a different guy and asked his assistance so he asked the other lady standing there with some papers in her hand, she also ignored him & asked him to wait, got angry again & told her that I'm on lunch & can't wait till she's done
