Incompetent staff

I went to the spar to withdraw money sent to me through spars money transfer option. When I arrived at the counter for sending and receiving there was no one at the counter. Literally 2 meters away were a couple of ladies, one of whom's name is Felicity/Felicia. She together with her colleague were standing around having a fat chat whilst I was standing there. No one out of the two of them bothered to ask me if I needed any assistance. I then had to go and stand infront of them and grab their attention in order to get assistance.
