Magic Company
Waste of Money!

I took my kids to go play games at the Magic Company at Carnival City on Saturday... what a dissapointment... bearing in mind that the tokens are R1 each and most games take a minimum of 3 tokens... to put in tokens and not have the game work is just a major dissapointment... of the R100 i bought tokens for, R40 was taken on games not working, not registering each token (you put in 5 for the game... it doesn't register all 5 and you end up putting in another 3!) or wasted on games that didnt give prize tickets as advertised as the machine had not been re-filled... i asked one "lady" working there for assistance, after "grunting" something at me and walking away i was none the wiser if i was going to be assisted or not, a little later a man came to the game, pushed something and walked away... great help considering the game couldnt be played as the time had run out... hows about offering me my 4 tokens back at that point??? I wont be taking my kids there again, if i want to throw money away i'll go gamble in the casino rather, just bear in mind these are KIDS that are being ripped off... have a heart!
