I've been a customer for a number of years now. Always pay my bills on time. This is now the second time that I didn't receive an invoice from you, and therefore didn't pay. Instead of contacting me you just cut me off, and then I need to wait - even if I make the payment immediately - for you to reconnect me! And also: without an invoice! Send me an invoice! On time! And treat your longstanding reliable customers as such. You are busy losing me if you don't change that attitude.
