Payment made at 17:10 pm and as per contact centre all payments made at PEP will result in services being connected after an hour.
I have waited 3 hours and still no service, which has resulted in missing all favorite shows, tried calling waited on line for 1 hour and still have not spoken to a consultant.
Emails sent with POP no satisfaction at all.
