As I entered the bank I asked Nosi about the application that needs to be downloaded in order to access internet banking. I was told to wait for a consultant. I waited about an hour and when I got to the consultant I was given a brochure and told to use the website on the pamphlet. I was upset because I waited so long only to be given an pamphlet?? When I got home I went onto the website and signed in only to find that the website does not direct me to the online installation... Very poor service and as a result I now can not make any payments and have to go back to the bank and can not make any payments which will result in late payment charges!!!
