Holiday card not deactivated as requested - billed

I called to activate my holiday card on the 17th of February. The lady assisting had to do it twice as it didn't "take" on the first try. I checked with her twice that it will automatically deactivate again on the 28th. (Check your phone recordings) and she confirmed that it will.

Debit order shows I'm billed for the 10 days in Feb as well as the entire March. Called - lady tells me there is no record that I've requested it be deactivated on the 28th.
I tell her that's ridiculous seeing as it had to be done twice and the first lady confirmed it. She then says:
"Oh it's probably our systems then as we've been having trouble with it all week".

Please refund the March portion asap. If you want to question the automatic deactivation please check your voice logging.

This is also not the first time it's happened.

You can refund it to the same account that you debit from. Thanks.
