Dstv still not activated

Good day,

I have called the multi choice call centre for the last week with no solution to my decoder/ package being activated. First they activated the wrong decoder and now they can't seem to get this one right.

I was told to take it in for testing and the shop told me it's working fine, I get channel 100 so the signal is fine. But no other package is active. I have activated it myself online but I still still can't get anything and the call centre seems unable to help. Wondering why I paid
