Poor Organisation

I am writing on behalf of my friend who attended the concert. She is mentally handicapped and has always been a HUGE supporter of WWE. She saved for many, many months to go and watch the WWE show when they came to South Africa and in particular to meet her hero - Randy Orton.

Not only were there terrible delays going into the concert, but when she wanted to buy the merchandise (signed photo of Randy Orton and a jacket) to remember the experience, she was told that there wasn't enough stock and no effort was made to make an alternative arrangement.
She was also able to attend the 'meet and great', only to not meet Randy or Sheamus (only R-Truth and some Diva - Kaitlyn). She even had a Gift for Randy - which she had to give to an organizer.

The whole experience was very disappointing to her as she has been idealizing the whole WWE world for all her life, and all this had her in tears by the end of the night.

i would like to know if there is any way that we can at least get some memorabilia, so that she can at least have one good memory from this experience?
