My dad lost his job 2 months ago and has not received a salary for the last 2 months with his pension fund being by the owner of the company. Despite the thought of this financial difficulty he is going through, he made arrangements with DSTV with regards to the payment of this account. This is the second time now that they have decided WITHOUT notifying him to debit an amount that was not agreed upon. Due to this, he has now incurred bank charges for other debit orders that have been returned. as far as i know, it is against the law to deduct money from an account that was not agreed upon. the contract we have with DSTV is for R380 yet R700 was taken! i am completely disgusted with the service i got from the supervisor (Thokozile Nemangane) when i called to complain. no solution offered or even an apology for the inconvenience, all she did was repeat the same story numerous times to me! i expect a solution to this today
