POOR SERVICE!!!

Friday last week I called the Randburg main office about where I can find the nearest office where I could get the "DSTV HDPVR and Drifta combo" for R1699 as advertised on their official site. The main office directed me to call their southgate office and for the special offer. They gave me the details and I contacted the southgate office and asked if they have stock of the combo. I was assured by a lady (after she "checked") that there was stock of the combo. I told her that I would either come on friday afternoon or sat morning to come buy the combo. I Arrived at 8:30, 1st in line, in the blistering cold outside their door while the staff there had their breakfast and conducted whatever business as we waited. To my shock, I was told that they do not have the drifta combo!!! instead, they tell me that they only keep the walka 3.5" combo only and if i want the drifta I must go to game or makro etc. Obviously I was forced to buy this combo as I had made prior arrangements for installation that same morning. Now I am stuck with walka instead of the drifta which I wanted no thanks to their incompetence. I would cancel my subscription if I there was an alternative provider.
