Why is ANN7 allowed to continue?

Dear Multichoice,

I love the news and I love comedy, however your latest news channel is terrible at blending the two. Comedy Central 2 aka ANN7 is no longer funny. If it were put to a vote, it's fairly certain that your customers would vastly move for removal of the channel all together - or return to air when they are proficient in delivering the news as advertised by their own advertising.
