Ster-Kinekor
No visuals in movie house

We went to Ster Kinekor on Sunday 10/11/2013. we got to the movie house and we had no visuals for about 10 minutes, no one apologized or explained why that happened. I feel it is not good customer service as we payed to see the movie and not just to hear sound.
