I am utterly disgusted with the way a paying customer is treated after asking for a refund!!! I took my boys today to watch Planes 3D 14:15 show. After complaining 3 times that we could not see a thing as the screen was off and them restarting the movie a few times without resolving the issue. I eventually asked for a refund for the tickets after spending an additional R143 on snacks. The manager (Fortune) only wanted to refund me R63, and we were 3 so I explained that i want all my money back and she did not seem to understand how to calculate that. I was told to go sit and wait for them to sort it out by another staff member. HOW DO YOU TRAIN YOUR STAFF??? I want feedback regarding this issue and want to know why it it is now up to me to spend another trip (fuel) and pay for snacks again and glasses we didnt use. The staff and the way this was handled is disgusting. I want someone to call me back
