Incompetence and customer services do not mix

I have just made a phone call after already making a booking on the website of Superbowling in Bloemfontein. The ladies did not understand my query at all. After I explained thoroughly about their website. She also couldn't hear me because the music was so loud on her side. And to top it all off she then only tells me that there are no lanes and could not offer me an estimated time of them working or explain why it has not been put on their website. Customer service is what drives businesses either forward or backward. I will not recommend this place for business.
