I have sent an email regarding my connection under case no: 3900144. Can you please escalate this case as the agent is not helping. She called me and ended the call while we were talking and did not call again.
My neighbor was experiencing the same problem and was assisted by a call center agent, but she can't solve mine. It has been 3 days now still no connection.
