Poor service from Mulitchoice Cape Town

Mnet lost signal in Cape Town yesterday. Last week I received an email from Multichoise stating that CTV would be changing signal and this may affect reception. Provided with the call centre number if this should happen. So I phoned the call centre twice last night and both times received pathetic service.
First call the agent tells me I must tune in my TV. So I spend almost an hour trying to tune in the TV and Mnet. No luck!! Phone the call centre again and the agent says it is a general problem and they don't know when it will be resolved. I then proceed to tell her that I already phoned earlier and ask why was I then told to tune in my mnet/ TV. Silence... No answer, no apology, nothing!!! Really aren't the agents trained in customer service... This morning I switch on the TV and guess what Mnet is still not working. MNET what is going on with your service!! I am really disappointed and disgusted. What is the problem and when will it be resolved???
