Poor food quality and service

I had lunch at the Artcape cafe in the week with my daughter, we both ordered fries as a side dish. I was more embarrassed when they brought the food to the table as the fries were brown and dried out and the waiter showed no signs of customer service was not friendly and did not smile once or make any eye contact. I will never go back there again its unhygienic and very unfriendly.
