Switching madness - as usual

Try to upgrade my DSTV service via self help. The HD PVR now doesn't want to even switch back to EasyView, and does not have any of the options for upgrading to the other higher end packages.

No news on the double profile raised weeks ago either.

The usual where it will take a month of Sundays to resolve, it being forwarded from pillar to post.

Nice work DSTV, as usual I might add. Weekends coming up though.
