I've been a DSTV subscriber for the better part of a decade. Always pay on time, always do my bit. In the past1 1/2 mnths I've had numerous problems with my signal (which turns out to be the decoder every time). I have spent over 90 minutes on the phone regarding issues, this due to the fact that it takes so long to get through the avenues of their telephone system. I've visited Multi choice once to get a new decoder because my previous2have "broken" now my new1is broken too, all in the space of 6 weeks. I've now cancelled my subscription due to the lack of help & total disregard for client service & they say it'll take 7 days to pay my money back. I pay my account on time every month no questions! Why should I have to wait a full week for my money back when they won't wait for their money? It's funny, if I pay late, they cut, the problem is I can't cut anything of theirs? If this problem isn't sorted out I'm rather going to wait for the other pay channels to start & then I can get2different pay services for the price of1DSTV. The channels that they have now in place of ESPN are so not TV channels anyone would want to watch. Thank you DSTV, but Ill rather take my business elsewhere
