On the 26th July I tried to connect my DSTV online, it did not work so I called the call center, after waiting on the line for quite some time I spoke to the consultant who confirmed all was working, however it was not, I tried to call the call center however after waiting 15 min for a Customer Service rep to help me I gave up - I then tried to use the Self Service on the 1st, this did not work, I then tried to send an sms, this too did not work. I then received a bill for my service which I have not yet received. I require my account to be credited and for my service to work before I am charged. I will then come back on as a DSTV subscriber - it is absolutely ridiculous that I am charged for a service which I havent received and is against the CPA! I will not be paying this invoice, it is up to DSTV if they will credit the invoice and get my service working for me to become a customer again, or if we should go into a dispute over the invoice which I will not be paying.
