My decoder is faulty and i took it to the service centre on Friday 08 August 2013. The lady that assisted me was very helpful, but unfortunately I had to hear that the only technician available was sick at the time. I don't understand how you can only have one technician; so when this person is not available, the clients have to wait until you call us to bring the faulty unit to your centre again. This is a great inconvenience and I'm sure that you'll understand that I'm not very happy about this kind of service!!
