Night out for two is a joke

Such a joke: Terms and conditions state '19. Vouchers to expire a month later from date of issuing 20.Unclaimed Drinks, Nu Metro and or Casino FreePlay voucher will be valid indefinitely' but you don't have a choice in claiming the vouchers or not, if you show up for the dinner you have to take all the vouchers.
We were told that for the drink voucher a tab would be opened when we presented the voucher on the casino floor. This is not true, you have to order for the value of the voucher in one go. So we were forced to order 6 beers right then and there which they put on ice for us. There's no going back, you have to decide right then and there that this is what you are drinking for the rest of the night. Such a joke. Then the Freeplay voucher: you have to choose upfront whether you are going to play slots and tables, there is no splitting it or trying your luck on something and changing your mind. When we tried to redeem the R100 for the tables we were given two R50 chips and told that they would give us smaller denominations at the table. At the table they refused. Back to the cashier where we were informed that Monte was doing us a favour and they won't give us smaller than R25.
