Adverts even loude

This is the second time I am complaining about this. Your adverts are too loud. Along with ordering a lot of documentaries from Amazon, Sometimes I want to just relax and have a quiet evening with one of your doccie channels, I cannot do this with your deafening, ear drum bursting adverts, I am now in a situation of taking legal steps to force you people to correct this or cancelling my subscription with you, I have paid my account a month in advance so now the ball is in your court, fix your volume or lose me as a client and refund me my money, make a choice, I refuse to be blasted in my own home by you.
