On the 7th of March 2013 I took out insurance with Outsurance. On the 9th -R810 went off my account went off my account for admin or what not. I had agreed to this amount and never disputed. I found a better quote than what they offered me and decided to cancel my insurance with them. On the 14th I called their call centre and requested a cancellation. The consultant was pushy and kept giving me the run around about cancellation. I told her I'm not interested in what she has to offer, I just wanted to cancel. After endless nagging from her, she processed my cancellation. I requested a reference for the phone call and she told me she didn't have a reference and that she would send a confirmation email. Instead of the confirmation email I got "Whtyout" email. I called back and told them I cancelled the insurance and there's still no email of confirmation. Again I was told that the email was pending. On the 20th of March, a whopping R1339 goes off my account again. So now I have 2 insurances being debited off my account, a lump some of - R3000 out of my account. I'm a single mother and I work hard for my money just to have some greedy insurance company play marbles with my money.
