Failure to refund

I had to cancel the contract due to reasons out of my control. Matrix confirmed that I will be refunded since I cancelled during the grace period. I cancelled on 29/11/13, on 02/12/13 they debitted R215 from my account instead of R199. When I enquired they were not clear on the reason for wrong amount debitted... they sent me confirmation of cancellation on 04/12/13 and confirmed that the refund will be processed within 14 working days. I have been following up ever since the lapse of the 14 days - everytime the call agents give me one excuse after the other. Kaya Payi, the person who sent me confirmation of cancellation has repeatedly ignored my e-mails and my request to return my calls. The overdue funds has been in their account for so long I believe it has earned good interest. Matrix, you have 24hrs to refund me failing which I will demand interest.
