I have been a DSTV subscriber for many years and have always told people about the wonderful service I receive everytime I contact the call centre however this is no longer the case. I called 3 weeks ago for assistance regarding two queries I have and was transfered from one department to the next. No one has been able to assist me. After numerous calls, emails and even a twitter complaint, I still don't have a resolution to my problem! What irritates me the most is that you have to explain the problem to each person and when you are transfered to someone else, you have to explain again. This is not good customer service. What do I have to do for someone to attend to my queries?? The hold time for someone to assist is unbelievable! Today I was on hold for 15 minutes and still nothing. I cannot imagine what your service levels look like. I expect better service for the amount of money I pay every month.
