This is my 2nd complaint and the 1st one has still not been resolved... I tried calling the call centre Tel 0112892222, I dont not want to be rude but the service I am getting from Mulitchoice/DSTV is... I just spend an additional 10min on the line with no answer from you so called extra view department... I spend a total of 30min /- on the phone and still had no service... I will post this complaint on Hello Peter as well, maybe I will receive a response... You stay on the line forever for someone to assist and if they do assist you are told its not a query for their department get put on hold and then transferred just for the call to cut. Then you need to start the process from the start just to downgrade or up grade you account! Their service is worse then our goverment departments. This happens all the time you try and get assistance from their call centre... And I am 100% sure allot of customers have the same problem. We pay allot of money to get such unacceptable service...
