On 07 August 2013, my service was suspended due to non-payment. On 31 Aug 2013, the call centre asked me to pay R 350.00, of which R 338.00 would go towards Sep 2013 subscription. However after emailing the proof of payment on the same day, I was told that there was a problem with my dish; but the R 338.00 would be held in credit until I advised Top Tv to reconnect. On 09 Oct 2013, the dish was fixed; however when I called Top Tv to reconnect, I was told that I had to make another payment as the R 338.00 paid on 31 Aug had been allocated for August's viewing - ALTHOUGH I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY VIEWING SINCE 07 AUG 2013!!! On Friday 11 Oct 2013, Top Tv called to say that the problem had been resolved and I would be reconnected that same day. This never happened!! I again called that same evening and nobody was able to assist me. This morning (Sat 12/10/2013) I called again only to be told that Mr Vusiso Kanye would return my call. Since Wed 09 Oct 2013, I have called Top Tv MORE THAN 10 TIMES and both Mr Kanye and his senior manager Ms Carol have not had the courtesy to return my calls!! I have paid my subscription, but Top Tv refuses to activate my service, with no explanation!!
