PATHETIC SERVICE FROM A.R.C NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good Afternoon,

Firstly i would like to inform you that the Service received in Recent Months has been nothing short of Pathetic... out of the 5 Blackberry's i have sent in NUMEROUS TIMES... all were replaced with REFURBISHED UNITS... however these refurbished units are also faulty... why must i wait /- 10 business days for A.R.C to find a fault and swap the unit out for another Refurbished Unit... only to have problems within a month or 2...

Honestly i have sent most of these phones in between 2 to 5 times in the past 3 months... why cant A.R.C not just Replace the Units with "Commercial Swap Out Units" i am not asking for a Free Upgrade... i am asking for a phone that works 100% ( considering that's the reason we purchase Vodacom Units for the 2 Year Warranty) if there are issues in the 2 years the units must be Resolved or Replaced... now once again i am Waiting for 1 x Phone to come back... only to send another 3 x Phones back for Re-Repairs... cant Vodacom arrange that all the units be replaced with Commercial Swap Out Units? i mean this is a complete waste of time and is Pathetic Client Service.. Emails were sent to management as well but no reply up till today.
