Damaged vehicle in car park

It has been approx 5 months since my vehicle was damaged in the car at multichoice in Randburg. After been told multichoice would repair my vehicle i submitted 3 quotations in Dec 2012. I have not heard back, the quotations have expired. I personally went to multichoice and met with Kevin Alcaster who i was told is responsible for approving these repairs. I was told he is waiting for the multichoice legal department to get back to him. I was also told by Kevin that he is doing me a favor because this is an "act of ". That showed me how totally ignorant Mr. Alcaster is. I cannot see how can be involved in some installing 4m lamp post with 40mm rawl bolts that can easily fall over. I would like to have this brought to higher management at multichoice in order to get it resolved once and for all. The damage above my wiindscreen has now begun to rust.
