I don't know why you even have a call centre, the monkeys that work there can barely read and have absolutely no technical knowledge. If there little list of troubleshooting options don't work, the end result is always that I need to take in my machine to the nearest multichoice branch. And that after spending 30mins to and hour of my time and money on the line with your "operators". Taking in the machine means I need to put in leave, again at my own cost. This will be the 3rd machine in less than a year.

I also asked you call centre operator to transfer me that I could rate her (terrible) service, but she dropped the call instead. That's the reason I am required to rate your service in public. SHOCKING!!

Can't wait for the day that your monopoly is over, maybe then we will get some service.
