This is now my 3rd (refurbished) PVR i have the same problems with.
I exchanged my PVR on Sunday 28 July due to the fact that it just switched off by itself 4-5 times a day.
While i was at the call centre the consultant took another PVR out of the plastic and the decoder failed to scan.
She then got me another one out of the plastic and with this PVR she battled to setup TV2 .
After exchanging the remote eye from one of her colleagues she finally manged to set it up.
I asked her when my Box office titles will be available on the exchanged PVR and was told within 48 hours.
When calling the the call centre a week later i was told it can take up to two weeks for my box office to load.
1.My box office is still not sorted.
2.The recording function somehow doesnt work as it cancels the recordings
3.My catch-up section has no tiles available.
Clearly there is a problem with these "refurbished" PVRs why do i pay insurance to get another faulty product?
Why not give a client the option to upgrade to a later version and pay in a difference seeing that the product is not living up to expectations.
