The Healing Truth - Movie made in 2008

I am so disgusted and embarrassed for dragging my family and friends with me to this. We were told that the movie would start at 7.30 for 7.45 pm. It only started at 8:30 pm.
The movie starts, it is a movie that was made in 2008, which I OWN!!! We paid R 160.00 for 4 tickets to a movie that was made and released 5 YEARS AGO, it was in the worst audio and visual quality I have ever witnessed on screen, never mind a cinema screen! It was clear it was a DVD that we were all watching as when the movie began we could all see the "eject" "loading" "play" titles in the corner of the screen! How can this company sell tickets to a movie that has been on DVD for 5 years? After walking out after the 30 min, i called The Healing Truth FOUR times to complain! I am yet to hear from anyone, they are either in meetings, out of the office or just unavailable. i have left contact details and email addresses. I explained to him that if I don't hear from anyone I will take this matter further and have been told by Pete Louw that if I don't here from him by 12pm today, I can go straight ahead and do what I like. This coming from Director of a company who asks the public to donate money?? What a pity!
