Selling tickets while movie is showing

After 30 min into the movie there where still people coming into the cinema and even in that 30 min since the movie started there came people in and it was really disrupted because the door keeps opening.
The screen was also out of focus on top makes your eyes hurt.
This is the second time I complaining about this branch. I will not go and movie again in rustenburg again.
I think they must show the movies for free because they don't give any service.
