My father died on 13th July 2013 and since then with many telephone calls, e-mail etc I have tried to have the account changed into my Mother's name C H Picksley, The debit order changed. Debit the same as my late fathers debit order which was the 6th I think. I already gave my mothers ID number and bank details Last week I tried to do all this and was told to phone back after the 1st otherwise refunds and new charges would be made?! The person we spoke today wanted to know from us what this meant, it was stated by your staff member not us last week after also being on phone for around 34 mins
I have spent a further 31 min 10 Sec today on the phone and I think we may have got the debit order done, they could not find Fish Hoek on list of Standard bank branches!! After this I was told I was being transferred to Extra view as we wanted to change bouquet Fm Premium with PVR access & Xtraview to DSTV Extra with PVR access & Xtraview. I was told the sports channel on the new bouquet is UK English soccer, is this correct? I was then put back in their queue as number 101!! For someone else to do the change and xtraview!!! This was unacceptable. Please sort out
