Misleading

Had a debit order loaded on my account when I phoned to activate debit order. Was offer R100off on my first paynent. And when the do returned on one month, was never explained that when a do returns u r converted to a cash payer immediately today I get a sms my services are suspended and need to pay reconnection fee and the R100 for the do my normal instalment is R124 and had to pay R276 to continue m
