DSTV CHEATS on their billing

Three months ago, i cancelled my Xtraview with DSTV and they confirmed. Now they keep on billing me for the last 3 months, and threatens to cut of my DSTV signal. Every month i pay my full HD premium, but they now want payment for 3 months Xtraview that i havent got anymore!! They need to stop claiming for service that was stopped 3 months ago and pay me Back R75 that they took as payment for Xtraview, without the service!

I tried to phone them on many occasions to sort this out but their phone system puts you in so called long ques and eventually just cut you off, very frustrating-their service is BAD!
