Over debited

My account was in arears for two months. and i payed it R1580 then according to them they never debeted it in to my account they gave me a credit for that amount and thus my account wasnt debited in full for 2 or 3 months and now they want to debit my account for R2111. i find this as unxcepteble and a fault on there side and feel that i shouldnt be held accountable for this as this is not my mistake. i wasnt evan informed of this they just debt the account
