For several months my debits failed, I then made manual payments. Yesterday my number got suspended cause apparently I owe MTN for a failed debit. I then called mtn, only to be told I owe for the month of January, and you guys get to suspend my number now in April? Why wasnt I told that I owed, you went into my account debited R118 for March, why didnt you debit the full money that was due? Im really disappointed and angry by teh response I got from Lebogang (customer care) telling that: 'But mam, you owe us, you must pay' He couldnt explain to me why the full amount was not debited in march or tell me why wasnt I sent a reminder regarding the same. His response was 'we cant call every customer we have, you know' Pathetic service if u ask me. Cant wait for this contract to end, and Im not renewing either, .POOR service for such a big service provider.
