Since the inception of my personal loan, I have not defaulted on a single debit order, hence my cheque account was always debited for the full instalment. mysteriously some how my account has been in arrears for months for a few rands that accumulated from cents. I have sent a string of emails to two different centres months ago and had no joy to date in resolving my query...
