I have had endless problems with my PVR decoders.

I have had it swopped out 4 times, each and every single one has been faulty.

Each time I have swopped it out I have lost hours and hours of recorded programs, some of which will never be broadcasted again.

I have had no apology, no empathy and absolutely no service!

The attitude of the call centre people is disgusting. They are rude and abrupt, have no clue as to what they are doing and are helpless.

Even the fool from Multichoice, who responded to my last complaint on Hellopeter, made ridiculous comments which made no sense whatsoever. They seem to think that they have rectified the problem, even though I have not even taken my decoder in again.

All of this aside, I am still sitting with a faulty PVR and paying R600 every month for this trash.

Along with the majority of the country, I am waiting for an alternative to Multichoice!

Absolutely PATHETIC!!!

MAYBE THE NEXT ONE TO REPLY TO THIS COMPLAINT MAY HAVE THE DECENCY TO PHONE ME INSTEAD OF MAKING SOME STUPID COMMENT.
