I contacted TopTV wanting to change the package of my aunt as she is old and unable to call the call centre. i am the person responsible for paying the account. They took me from pillar to post just to resolve a minor thing on call for approximately 15 minutes. Last time maybe about 5 months ago. A gentleman helped me with the same query and he was so helpful. Within time he was able to assist and he confirmed it by phoning my home which is a landline to talk to my aunt and verify. As tomorrow I will be charged with the package we do not use at home. Which I feel is unfair with the content we get from TopTV. I am really thinking of going to Multichoice as I feel I will get the service from them.
