I had a verbal agreement with TopTv that I was going to be debited on the First and then the the fifteenth on the of the month because i wanted to move my debit order from the first to the fifteenth of the month. Then i noticed that TopTv tryed to debit me for both amounts at once witch was not agreed upon.
Not only that 4 channels have been removed and I have not see any reduction in price.
So now i am still paying for the 4 missing channels. This not not what i agreed with TopTv when i joined with them and i feel that i should be compensated and refunded the amount that the channels are costing me and my monthly adjusted accordingly.
I suggest that TopTv resolve this matter quickly and to my satisfaction.
Else i will have no choice but to take this matter further.
