Mutltichoice pathetic service!

All I would like to do is upgrade my package... sounds simple right??? Well not with Multichoice. First they offer the public this facility online, then swiftly remove it. Then you try and go through their call centre and end up holding on for 45 minutes or more. Multichoice makes millions off South Africans yet they don't bother with upgrading their customer care facilities!!!
