I am so Appalled and really disappointment at the bad services rendered by Multichoice to its new subscribers. I purchased a new decoder last Friday the 26th of July, and made all the necessary calls and as promised the installer came to install, but when we had to register the smart card with the call-center some dumb agent decided to that he will take down the in-correct details and thus allocating my smart card and account number under another person's account. Anyway the necessary calls were made with the aim of rectifying this error, and one good agent did resolve the issue and we were able to view again. However this morning our viewing was been suspended again, prompting us to pay. I mean aren't we suppose to be paying on the 26th of August, as per information relayed by your call center? I am extremely disappointed at the lack of attention to detail of your Call center agents. I never thought i"d resort to such platforms in order to try and attain good service from a brand i so much trusted.
